Service & Warranty Returns

Please include a completed service return form with every parcel you send us. It tells us who the parts belong to, what they're fitted to and what you'd like us to do, so we can get started without delay.

How to send your parts

1. Print and fill in the form with your contact details, the vehicle, the parts enclosed and the work you'd like done.
2. Pack the components securely and place the completed form inside the box.
3. Send the parcel to us using a tracked and adequately insured delivery service.

If you're not sure whether your dampers need a service, or you'd like to talk through the work first, contact us or call 01268 724 585. We'll always contact you before carrying out any work beyond what you've asked for on the form.
