Terms and Conditions
The terms that apply to orders placed with Gazz-Matic International Limited.
Last updated: August 2026
These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through the GAZ Shocks website and form part of the contract between you and Gazz-Matic International Limited.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order.

References in these Terms to “GAZ”, “GAZ Shocks”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean Gazz-Matic International Limited.
2. These Terms
These Terms apply to orders placed through our website.
Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights that you may have as a consumer.
If you are purchasing goods wholly or mainly for use in connection with your trade, business, craft or profession, you are purchasing as a business customer. Certain consumer rights referred to in these Terms may therefore not apply.
3. Products and Vehicle Compatibility
GAZ manufactures suspension products for a wide range of road, competition, classic and motorsport vehicles.
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, photographs, vehicle applications and compatibility information shown on our website are accurate.
Product photographs may occasionally be representative. The appearance or detailed construction of a product may vary according to the particular vehicle application.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate vehicle and fitment information when ordering.
Where a product offers selectable vehicle options, configurations or fitment choices, the customer must ensure that the correct options are selected.
If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for your vehicle, please contact us before ordering.
4. Suspension Setup and Installation
GAZ suspension products are specialist vehicle components and should be installed by a suitably competent person.
Installation, ride-height adjustment, suspension geometry, spring selection and other vehicle setup requirements may vary according to the vehicle and its intended use.
Following installation or adjustment of suspension components, appropriate checks and wheel alignment should be carried out where necessary.
GAZ cannot accept responsibility for problems resulting from incorrect installation, unsuitable vehicle modifications, incorrect setup or use of a product outside its intended application.
5. Product Configuration and Required Components
Certain suspension configurations require additional components.
Where our website identifies a component as required for a selected configuration, that component forms part of the required installation.
For example, where a GAZ rear coilover configuration requires uprated rear top mounts, the required quantity of those mounts may automatically be added to the customer’s basket.
Customers should not operate or install a suspension configuration without any components that GAZ specifies as mandatory for that configuration.
6. Prices
Prices displayed on our website are shown in pounds sterling unless otherwise stated.
VAT will be applied where required by law. The total amount payable, including applicable VAT and delivery charges, will be shown before the order is submitted.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that prices displayed on our website are correct.
If we discover an obvious pricing error after an order has been placed, we will contact you before accepting or processing the order. You may then choose whether to proceed at the correct price or cancel the affected item.
7. Placing an Order
An order is placed when you complete the online checkout process and submit your order.
Receipt of an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.
A contract between you and us is formed when we accept your order and begin processing or manufacturing the goods, or when we otherwise confirm acceptance of the order.
We reserve the right to decline an order where, for example:
- the product is unavailable;
- the supplied vehicle or fitment information is insufficient or appears incorrect;
- payment cannot be authorised;
- there is an obvious pricing or product-description error;
- we are unable to manufacture the requested specification; or
- accepting the order would create a safety or technical concern.
Where possible, we will contact you to resolve any issue before cancelling an order.
8. Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods made available during checkout.
Payment transactions may be processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not receive or store your complete payment-card details where those details are processed securely by the payment provider.
An order may be delayed or cancelled if payment is declined, reversed, subject to additional verification or otherwise not successfully received.
9. Made-to-Order and Bespoke Products
Many GAZ suspension products are manufactured or assembled to order.
A product being described as “built to order” does not, by itself, remove any statutory cancellation rights available to a consumer.
However, where goods are genuinely manufactured to a customer’s specification, personalised, specially modified or otherwise made specifically to meet an individual customer’s requirements, statutory change-of-mind cancellation rights may not apply where permitted by law.
We will make this clear where an order is genuinely bespoke or custom-manufactured.
If you wish to change or cancel an order for a made-to-order or bespoke product, please contact us as soon as possible.
Further information is provided in our Refunds, Returns & Cancellation Policy.
10. Lead Times
Many GAZ products are manufactured to order and may therefore have a manufacturing lead time before dispatch.
Any lead time provided by us is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
Lead times may occasionally be affected by component availability, manufacturing requirements, unusually high demand or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify you if there is a significant delay to your order.
11. Delivery
Available delivery methods and charges will be shown during checkout where an online shipping rate is available.
For certain destinations, particularly international or remote destinations, a delivery quotation may be required before an order can be completed.
Customers outside the United Kingdom may be responsible for import duties, local taxes, customs charges, brokerage charges or similar fees imposed by the destination country.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, these charges are not included in the product or delivery price charged by GAZ.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
12. Risk and Ownership
Responsibility for the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or to a person identified by you to receive them, subject to applicable law.
Ownership of goods does not pass to you until we have received payment in full for those goods.
13. Inspection on Delivery
Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
If goods arrive damaged, items are missing, or you believe you have received an incorrect product, please contact us promptly with your order details and, where appropriate, photographs of the goods and packaging.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
14. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Our arrangements for cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds are explained in our separate Refunds, Returns & Cancellation Policy.
Where you are purchasing as a consumer, nothing in these Terms or our Returns Policy excludes or restricts rights that you have under applicable consumer law.
15. Faulty Products and Warranty
If you believe a product is faulty, please contact us before returning it so that we can advise you on the appropriate inspection or returns procedure.
Products returned as faulty may need to be inspected and tested before a warranty decision can be made.
Warranty does not cover faults or damage caused by matters such as incorrect installation, accident damage, misuse, unsuitable modification, incorrect setup or use outside the product’s intended application.
Nothing in our warranty arrangements limits statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
16. Motorsport and Competition Use
Motorsport and competition use places substantially greater loads on vehicle components than ordinary road use.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their vehicle, suspension setup and associated components are suitable for their intended activity and comply with any applicable motorsport, competition or governing-body requirements.
GAZ does not guarantee that a particular product or configuration will comply with the technical regulations of a specific championship, competition or vehicle approval regime unless we expressly confirm this in writing.
17. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to those rights and restrictions imposed by law, we will not be responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for losses resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
For business customers, we will not be responsible for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
18. Intellectual Property
The GAZ name, branding, product imagery, website content, technical information and other materials on this website are owned by or licensed to Gazz-Matic International Limited unless otherwise stated.
They may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without our permission except where permitted by law.
19. Website Availability and Information
We may update product specifications, applications, prices and website content from time to time.
We cannot guarantee that the website will always be available or free from errors, interruptions or technical issues.
If you identify information that you believe is incorrect, please contact us so that we can investigate it.
20. Privacy and Cookies
Personal information supplied to us will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Information about cookies and similar technologies used on this website is provided in our Cookie Policy.
21. Legal Acknowledgement and Governing Law
By placing an order through this website, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review these Terms and Conditions, the applicable product information and our Refunds, Returns & Cancellation Policy before submitting your order.
These Terms and any contract between you and Gazz-Matic International Limited are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom or in another jurisdiction, you may also benefit from mandatory legal protections available to you under the laws of your place of residence, and nothing in these Terms is intended to remove any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or a contract with us, subject to any mandatory rights a consumer may have to bring proceedings in another competent jurisdiction.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example where our website, services, payment methods or applicable laws change.
The Terms applying to your purchase will normally be those in force when your order was placed.
Legal Acknowledgement and Governing Law
By placing an order through the GAZ Shocks website, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions and any other policies referred to within them.

If you are a consumer, you will continue to benefit from any mandatory protections provided to you by the laws of the country in which you are resident. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights.
Subject to any rights available to consumers under applicable law, the courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction in relation to any dispute or claim arising from these Terms and Conditions or any contract between you and Gazz-Matic International Limited.
