Delivery Information

Last updated: August 2026

This Delivery Information page explains how orders placed through the GAZ Shocks website are manufactured, dispatched and delivered.

GAZ Shocks is operated by Gazz-Matic International Limited.

1. Built-to-Order Products

Many GAZ suspension products are manufactured or assembled to order.

Typical manufacturing lead times are approximately 4–6 weeks, although some products may be completed sooner and more complex or bespoke products may take longer.

Any manufacturing lead time shown on our website or provided by us is an estimate rather than a guaranteed completion date unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

If there is a significant change to the expected lead time for your order, we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed.

2. UK Delivery

Delivery charges for UK orders are calculated according to the products ordered and the delivery destination.

Where an online delivery rate is available, the applicable charge will be displayed during checkout before you submit your order.

Different delivery charges may apply to certain areas, including the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and other locations where courier charges are higher.

3. European Delivery

We deliver GAZ products to many European destinations.

Where an online delivery rate is available for your destination, the applicable charge will be displayed during checkout.

For some destinations or larger orders, we may need to provide a delivery quotation before an order can be completed.

4. International Delivery

GAZ products are supplied to customers around the world.

For destinations where an automatic shipping rate is not available through our website, please contact us for a delivery quotation.

We may require details of the products being ordered and the full delivery address before confirming an international shipping cost.

5. Import Duties, Taxes and Customs Charges

Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, local taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees or similar charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless we expressly state otherwise, these charges are not included in the product price or delivery charge paid to GAZ.

The customer is responsible for any import duties, local taxes or customs charges applicable to their order.

Customs procedures may occasionally cause delivery delays that are outside our control.

6. Dispatch and Tracking

Once your order has been manufactured, completed and prepared for dispatch, it will be sent using an appropriate delivery service.

Where tracking information is available, this may be provided to you when the order is dispatched.

Please ensure that the email address and telephone number supplied with your order are accurate so that we or the delivery company can contact you if necessary.

7. Courier Transit Times

Courier transit times begin after your order has been completed and dispatched.

Any courier delivery estimate is separate from the manufacturing lead time for a built-to-order product.

Courier delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by weather, transport disruption, customs procedures or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

Please check your delivery details carefully before submitting your order.

If you notice an error in the delivery address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been dispatched.

9. Failed or Refused Deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed because an incorrect or incomplete address has been supplied, or because the recipient refuses or repeatedly fails to accept delivery, additional delivery charges may apply.

For international orders, customers are responsible for paying any required import duties or customs charges.

If an international shipment is returned to us because the recipient has refused to pay charges imposed by the destination country, we may deduct reasonable return shipping, customs or associated costs from any refund where permitted by law.

10. Damaged Deliveries

Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

If the packaging or goods appear to have been damaged during transport, please contact us promptly.

Where possible, please retain the packaging and provide photographs of the packaging and damaged product so that we can investigate the matter with the delivery company.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

11. Missing or Incomplete Orders

If you believe an item is missing from your delivery or you have received an incorrect product, please contact us promptly with your order number and details of the issue.

We will investigate the order and advise you of the appropriate next steps.

12. Collection

If collection from our premises is available for your order, this must be agreed with GAZ in advance.

Please do not travel to collect an order until we have confirmed that it is complete and ready for collection.
